MAPS, Maps, maps

Maps, everyone needs them.  Some go by the maps in their own "inner man," while others go by more outside or external maps.  Most see no problem with following a map, in fact most would encourage it.  What happens if your map is faulty. You would answer and correctly, "one would not get where they intend to go."  I would say back, correct!  While in class we were shown maps of during the 400-600s AD.  There were maps shown to the class that shortened the Indian Ocean, and extended Africa all the way to Asia.  Now, of course, we know this would be an incorrect map.  They knew this before the map was drawn as well.  That is fascinating.

So what if our maps today are wrong?  What if we are being misled by incorrect maps.  What are our maps?  Government.  Media.  Scriptural documents.  Teachers.  Parents.  We must be quite certain what maps we pay attention too.  Unless we too become faulty thinkers, who are led astray by false maps.
